Apple-designed third party boxes to be on display at Apple Stores

Boxes for third-party Apple accessories are about look a lot more minimal

Apple is partnering with accessory-makers such as battery case company Mophie to re-design boxes that fit Apple's design sensibility, according to 9to5Mac.

The newly-designed boxes have already started arriving on at Apple Stores shelves in the New York City area, a retail store employee confirmed to Mashable. The boxes will reportedly get a larger rollout in the weeks ahead.
