In an act of solidarity for its city, the Ravens came together on Thursday to help deliver food and supplies around Baltimore and meet with those affected by the violence that engulfed the city earlier this week.
The city has faced days of unrest since the riots broke out following the funeral of Freddie Gray, a 25-year-old Baltimore resident who died in police custody in mid-April
