You probably know Newt from his leadership in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 1990s or his presidential run in the Republican Primaries in 2012, but, as we have found out, he's also an astute observer of the latest technology.
Newt grabbed headlines when he released a video in 2013 that pointed out the term "smartphone" was wholly inadequate to describe the microcomputers we all carry around with us today. More recently he's written insightful pieces on self-driving cars and virtual reality. Read more...
