
The flying car did not have a good weekend.
Slovakia-based AeroMobil was performing a test flight with one of its prototype flying cars on Friday, when it encountered what the company called an "unexpected situation" — and crash-landed
The pilot, co-founder Stefan Klein, was uninjured; he was sent to a hospital as a precaution. The car's parachute system apparently worked, not only ensuring the health of the pilot but also the craft itself, which the company says only suffered "partial damage."
